We do not maintain an availability calendar on-line. The reason for this is we are listed on over 50 web sites around the world. Many of these web sites have their own availability calendars so it would be a very onerous task to keep them all updated every time we confirm a booking.
Also many date based searches do not show properties if any day within the date range is not available. If you have some flexibility with your travel dates, you often have to do many searches to find the property that suits you best or you can miss out on something more suitable without knowing.
For these reasons most property owners / managers do not accurately maintain availability calendars.
We know from first hand experience when we travel, this can be very frustrating so we apologise if this causes you any inconvenience. However we do not want to give you out of date information when you look at our (or other) web sites and we don’t want you to miss out of you are flexible.
We are currently working on an on-line facility that will allow you to check dates and prices, including any special deals currently running, as well as allowing you to confirm a booking on-line immediately. This will be available (on our web site only) in mid 2010.
However in the meantime, rather than showing you potentially out of date availability information, we’d rather advise totally up to date information when you actually make an inquiry or a booking. We will confirm dates and prices and advise any other important information in an e-mail or phone call as quickly as possible so you can finalise your holiday accommodation without undue delay.
