Explanation of Entries
Dates that are “Booked” are unavailable. The start (arrival) date of any booking can also be the end (departure) date of the previous booking and the end (departure) date of any booking can also be the start (arrival) date of the next booking. Therefore bookings (including your proposed booking) can overlap for one day at the start and / or end with another booking(s).
Dates on “Special” are still available at the special rate shown (click on the entry to see further information). The start date of a Special is the earliest Check-In date that applies for that special and the end date is the latest Check-Out date that applies.
Dates without an entry are available at our highly competitive rates.
You can of course book whatever dates are available regardless of whether or not they overlap a Special and / or season change. Dates that partly overlap a special and / or a seasonal rate change per our pricing matrix, are charged at the applicable rate as shown for each day.

We use Google Calendars to maintain and display our availability calendar as shown below. This allows us to add entries (i.e. bookings) as soon as they are known to us and hence always present a totally up to date picture of our availability for you on our web site. We also show dates that are on special.
Unfortunately however, Google Calendars does not allow us to show different types of entries in different colours (e.g. bookings in red, specials in green) to allow you to quickly determine whether the dates you are interested in are booked or on special by their colour. Therefore we put that information into each entry’s description. Please read the description for each entry (and click on it to display further information if required) to determine whether the dates you are interest in are “Booked” or on “Special”.
